Thank you for choosing CORFU VIP RIDES. We are committed to providing safe, comfortable and reliable private transportation services in Corfu, Greece.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before completing your reservation. By making a booking through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the following terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

​

1.1. All transfers must be booked in advance through our official website or other authorized booking channels.

1.2. A reservation is considered confirmed once the customer receives an official booking confirmation by email or another written communication from CORFU VIP RIDES.

1.3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information, including:

• Full name and contact details.

• Correct pickup and drop-off addresses.

• Pickup date and time.

• Number of passengers.

• Flight number and arrival details, where applicable.

• Number and size of luggage items.

• Special requirements, including child seats or additional equipment.

1.4. Any changes to an existing reservation must be communicated to CORFU VIP RIDES as soon as possible. All changes are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Prices & Payments

​

2.1. All prices are quoted in Euros (€), unless otherwise stated.

2.2. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the agreed price for the services and details specified in the reservation.

2.3. Standard transfer prices include the agreed transportation service and applicable charges.

2.4. No additional charges will apply unless the customer requests changes or additional services that were not included in the original booking.

2.5. Additional stops, route changes, extended waiting times or other services may involve additional charges. Any such charges will be communicated to the customer and agreed upon before the additional service is provided.

2.6. Payment must be completed according to the payment method and conditions specified during the booking process.

3. Cancellation Policy

​

3.1. CORFU VIP RIDES offers free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

3.2. To cancel a reservation, customers must contact us by email at info@corfuviprides.com or through our official communication channels.

3.3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking price.

3.4. Failure to appear at the agreed pickup location without prior notification (No-Show) may result in the full booking amount being charged.

3.5. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

3.6. Cancellation charges shall be applied subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.

4. Airport Pickups & Flight Delays

​

4.1. Customers must provide the correct flight number and arrival details when booking an airport transfer.

4.2. CORFU VIP RIDES will make reasonable efforts to monitor flight status and adjust pickup arrangements in case of flight delays or early arrivals.

4.3. Our airport Meet & Greet service includes a driver waiting in the arrivals area with a name sign, subject to applicable airport access and operational conditions.

4.4. Complimentary airport waiting time is 60 minutes from the actual flight landing time.

4.5. The complimentary waiting period is intended to allow passengers sufficient time for disembarkation, baggage collection and arrival procedures.

4.6. If the customer has not met the driver within the 60-minute complimentary waiting period, additional waiting charges may apply, subject to availability and prior communication. If the customer cannot be contacted, the transfer may be treated as a No-Show.

4.7. Customers must contact our office immediately in the event of significant flight changes, missed connections, flight cancellations or other unexpected circumstances.

4.8. In the event of a flight cancellation, customers should notify CORFU VIP RIDES as soon as possible so that alternative arrangements can be discussed.

5. Hotel, Villa & Other Pickup Locations

​

5.1. Customers must be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time.

5.2. Complimentary waiting time for hotel, villa and other non-airport pickups is 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

5.3. After the 15-minute complimentary waiting period, additional waiting charges may apply, subject to availability and prior communication.

5.4. If the customer cannot be located after the applicable waiting period and reasonable contact attempts, the transfer may be treated as a No-Show.

5.5. If the customer cannot locate the driver, they must immediately contact the telephone number provided in the booking confirmation.

6. Passengers & Luggage

​

6.1. The number of passengers must not exceed the maximum permitted capacity of the booked vehicle.

6.2. Customers must provide accurate information regarding the number, size and type of luggage.

6.3. Luggage transportation is subject to the available capacity of the selected vehicle.

6.4. Oversized luggage, sports equipment, wheelchairs, strollers or other special items must be declared during the booking process.

6.5. CORFU VIP RIDES reserves the right to refuse transportation where passenger numbers or luggage exceed the vehicle's legal or practical capacity.

6.6. Any additional vehicle required due to incorrect passenger or luggage information may involve an additional charge, subject to customer notification and agreement.

7. Children & Child Seats

​

7.1. Customers travelling with infants or children must inform CORFU VIP RIDES when making their reservation.

7.2. Appropriate child seats or booster seats must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

7.3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the age and other relevant details necessary for selecting an appropriate child restraint system.

7.4. Transportation will be carried out in accordance with applicable road safety and child restraint regulations.

8. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Safety

​

8.1. Passengers must follow the driver's reasonable safety instructions throughout the journey.

8.2. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.

8.3. Passengers must not engage in behaviour that endangers the driver, other passengers or the vehicle.

8.4. The driver reserves the right to refuse or discontinue transportation where a passenger's behaviour presents a safety risk.

8.5. Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger through intentional or negligent behaviour may be subject to compensation in accordance with applicable law.

9. Changes to Reservations

​

9.1. Customers must notify CORFU VIP RIDES of any changes to pickup time, location, destination or passenger details.

9.2. Changes are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

9.3. Additional stops, route changes or significant waiting time not included in the original reservation may incur additional charges.

9.4. Any revised price will be communicated to the customer and agreed upon before the additional service is provided.

10. Service Disruptions & Unforeseen Circumstances

​

10.1. CORFU VIP RIDES will make every reasonable effort to provide the agreed transportation service.

10.2. In exceptional circumstances, including severe weather, road closures, traffic restrictions, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, strikes or other events beyond our reasonable control, the service may be delayed, modified or, where necessary, cancelled.

10.3. In such circumstances, CORFU VIP RIDES will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer and arrange an appropriate alternative where possible.

10.4. Any refunds or other remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and the circumstances of the booking.

11. Personal Data & Privacy

​

11.1. CORFU VIP RIDES collects and processes personal information for purposes related to booking management, customer communication, service delivery and legal obligations.

11.2. Personal data may include names, telephone numbers, email addresses, pickup and drop-off details, flight information and other information necessary to organize the transfer.

11.3. Personal information will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Greek data protection legislation.

11.4. Personal data may be shared with drivers, authorized service providers or other parties where necessary for the provision of the booked service or where legally required.

11.5. Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with applicable legal retention requirements.

12. Complaints & Customer Support

​

12.1. Customers who experience any issue with their transfer are encouraged to contact CORFU VIP RIDES as soon as possible.

12.2. Complaints should preferably be submitted in writing, including the booking reference and a description of the issue.

12.3. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and respond to all complaints promptly.

13. Applicable Law & Consumer Rights

​

13.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union legislation.

13.2. Any disputes arising from the provision of our services shall be handled in accordance with applicable Greek and European Union legislation.

13.3. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

14. Acceptance of Terms

​

By completing a reservation with CORFU VIP RIDES, the customer confirms that:

• They have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

• They agree to the booking, cancellation and service conditions described above.

• They have provided accurate booking and passenger information.

• They understand the complimentary waiting periods applicable to airport and non-airport pickups.

• They understand that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.

• They understand that additional services or changes may involve additional charges where applicable and previously communicated.
